Regards Marcel Thanks, I'm glad that the various post are you help. my engines are from 0.75 kw 1380 rpm and 60:1 reducer I live in Italy and I think that ship in Amsterdam is quite expensive but if you want to inform me. With the occasion I add finally that he had resumed work on 6 dof after finishing another sudden commitment that portsto me away a long time and this is the first news: once the motor arms entirely handmade, I have taken a long time but the system used to build them should ensure a good strength sanded rust-proof and finishing on one just because er curious to see the results see you soon

Thx Fabio,
No problem, shipment will be quiet expensive. I will find the motors and gearboxes here in the Netherlands. Can you give me your prices for the motor and for the gearbox please in order to compare the price here?
Why making your motor arms out of tube material? Out of solid material will be stronger, isn't it?
Ciao Marcel

Well, here's some news: complete engine levers the engine mounts to the bottom to reduce the total footprint as much as possible I found myself facing a small drawback: Although the motors will be willing to work with the levers inside I noticed that on the outside would have touched on the structure, then, for it should be a case that should never occur, I wanted to make sure that every lever had a chance to take all the way around freely and then ... lots of patience .... cut ... and sewing!! Finally provision for legs and rust-proof e il tocco finale

Nice work Fabio! What a pity of the cuts you had to make for the levers. What is the weight of this lower frame? 50-60kg?

Thanks guys, too polite, however here are other updates: realization of elephant-proof feet then finished ii electric Panel, placed the sim, mounted picture, motors and inverters programmed and here is the point of arrival now missing only the potentiometers, I await the bushings that I commissioned a Turner nearby and then we should be prepared to do some testing ... fingers ...

bella gente... finalmente un grande passo: arrivate le boccole per i potenziomentri ho collegato e impostato: ecco a voi i primi vagiti del mio 6dof
beautiful people ... Finally a big step: the bushes for potentiometers I connected and set: here is the first of my whimpers 6dof
now I have to fix a couple of things but see that everything works more or less is a great satisfaction I wanted to ask: 1) I noticed that my engine levers rotate in the opposite direction, in practice work as in the plugin. Since my work levers inside and not outside should turn in the opposite direction. Is there any function to reverse the direction of rotation without going to reverse all the wires and motors of pot? 2) on the amc I set the start position to 50% as you have calculated the correct position of the levers at 50%?

Hi billo2404See down on the bottom of this page some instructions on how to change the direction of the motors if you have the magnetic contactless sensors that only measure on one direction. Thanks Thanos
