SW2 #1 to ON position SW2 #2 to OFF position
Not both switches...

I see on the photo that the SW1 is set to NPN !!!! Rotate it so the "line" is like in the drawing next to it for PNP !!!!! Be careful! The SW2 is correct, both should be off since you are not using RS485 or Current for setpoint. Thanks Thanos

Guys, I don't know how to thank you!!!!! Finally, the first sign of proper functioning I moved SW2-1 to ON and here is the result Now we must work on the reverse and speed but at the moment I'm very happy. Thank you, without your help I would never come to this point

I was trying to update the firmware but I encountered a problem loading this file: This is the error then I wanted to show you one other question: What version of firmware you recommend: this I'm trying to load that is three months ago or even newer one of 21 days ago?

super cool !! it's not easy when it does not work, you must check all unfortunately, there are many parameters!
what is the speed of your engine output? in revolutions per minute?
to optimize speed, but for testing, (for you will be be obliged to go up the values if you have errors on the drives.) rules all the parameters of acceleration / deceleration to a minimum.
Then I could take back one by one and check the parameter settings with you

J'ai lu un peu, mais malheureusement je ne suis pas sûr comment définir You're right Riton, unfortunately I hadn't delved into the controls on the speed and I have found that is really complicated. I noticed that from the amc everything works but if I do the test using xsim crashes me extractor. I think this is due to the excessively low engine speed in responding to program. my 1380 rpm motors and gear units 1:60 thereby to 50 hz should make 23 rpm. By any chance do you know already about what parameters can I act? I read a bit but unfortunately I'm not sure how set

I read a bit but unfortunately I'm not sure how set Hi Billo, The crashing of extractor on x-sim does not have to do with the AMC1280USB. Look the issue in the software settings on your computer (Admin rights perhaps?) Also you might want to try the offline version of the plugin (does not work with x-sim but its good for testing): www.dropbox.com/s/89t2an9hpx95qlp/offline%206DOF%20software%20AMC1280USB%20autodetection.zip?dl=0And then there is much better 6DOF software solutions out there now, like Ian's 6DOF BFF motion software here: bffsimulation.com/6DOF-Motion-Software.phpThanks Thanos

Par exemple 15 trs: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ey2wzP_f84oet à 30 trs: www.youtube.com/watch?v=OsUsFbLKDZQas I told you already all the acceleration and deceleration parameters should be as low as possible as long as there is no error on drives. then must be set correctly base frequency min and max 0 and 50 Hz, but I think that's good. for the rest it is then necessary oprimiser PID. For my part, I have quick adjustments. should you give all of your settings will optimize together. I will compare and give you my version of what I think. or be able to optimize, I do not know your inverter in detail, I would give you a first glimpse of what I think is right comme je t'ai déja dit tous, les paramètres d'accélération et décélération doivent être le plus bas possible tant qu'il n'y a pas d'erreur sur les variateurs. ensuite il faut régler correctement fréquence de base min et max 0 et 50 Hz, mais je pense que ça c'est bon. pour le reste il faut ensuite oprimiser le PID . pour ma part, j'ai des réglages rapide. il faudrait que tu donnes l'ensemble de tes paramètres, on optimisera ensemble. je vais comparer et te donner ma version de ce que je pense. ou pourras optimiser, je ne connais pas non plus ton variateur de fréquence en détail, je te donnerais une première vision de ce que je pense être bien

I always xsim in with administrator rights however I tried the offline version and I have the same problem, if I plug the amc all test works but just the inverter testing food goes back very slowly and the pc does not see the amc and the plugin is not responding can a usb extension cable that is economical to give problems or maybe should I set in particular usb port? what is the ideal setting of the door?

Do you think it's enough or rather increase it? if I can pass the AMC and settings of different pid put them as your and let's see what happens, thanks

Use the FTDI driver that I have provided in the Dropbox or at least that version of it (CDM 2.08.24) if you need it for 64-bit, not the one provided by windows. Then use the other tool provided there as well to change the com port number to something between com1 and com9... Also always connect the amc1280usb directly to a USB port of your PC, not USB HUB or USB extender... Thanks Thanos

Thanks thanos, with drivers had followed the steps, I think the problem was the usb extension cable. Here's the test this morning I think finally we. What do you think?

Thanks thanos, with drivers had followed the steps, I think the problem was the usb extension cable. Here's the test this morning I think finally we. What do you think? Yes. That looks better! Now you can work on the PID and max motor speed values. Use Fabi's auto calibration tool for the PID... Thanks Thanos
