my Hardware is now almost ready. I’ve a big question how to connect the safety switch to the AMC board und also how connect the limiter switches to WJ200-007-SF? Like at mhensens project on page 7, see here:
I wrote my questions to him and also to his thread. But I didn’t get any answer. Would be great you can answer my questions below. Or you put in a link with the right information.
1. How to connect the safety switch: There are drawings directly to the AMC board. But connected with open or closed contact? And do I need a extra resistor or not. I didn’t found one at the drawings I saw before.
2. Please could you give me (us) an overview connection scheme how and where connected the limit switches (shown at page 7) to the WJ200-007-SF VFD’s. I’ve no idea to which socket or power (24V?) the limit switches belongs to. Maybe you even have a full connection scheme over all electrical components AMC board and WJ200? I didn’t found one here inside this forum.
thanks for your quick replay. I've had at least a look to almost all threads here. But I didn't find an answer to my questions. Sorry, sometimes is hard to understand everything for me. But from GA DAWG's thread I copied some good things for my hardware. Have you connected a safety switch to the AMC board? If yes, how?
Hello, i need the same Information, where / how i can connect the motion max WAY stop Switches, because my movement arms can pysically swing max 270 degrees, when it runs more it will destroy everything.
Hi everyone, please would you have a look to the connection between AMC1280USB board and the WJ200 shown at the picture and also inside the PDF-file. I collect all the information out of the different threads here and I hope everything is right and I can start to do the electrical part of my 6DOF (all swiches in NC position). Many thanks for your help and answers.

fimmy: How's the firmware going?
Sept 6, 2017 8:34:43 GMT
tronicgr: @fimmy I had to put it on hold to finalize the manufacturing of the new kickstarter controllers. I tested parts of it to ensure compliance with the new features and looks good so far. I'll get back to it soon for integration.

Trip Rodriguez: Sorry tmcnam, the shoutbox doesn't get much attention. Did you find the blueprints? They are at the VERY bottom of the extremely long first post. It says "attachments: 6DOF.zip
