Hi All,
So you want to get started building a 6DOF test platform (1/5 scale). Here are the .stl files with the geometry that been used successfully. This is using the micro servo 9g so your only going to get 180 degrees instead of 360 but its a place to start. Oh....and no I did not make the parts red and green for the Christmas season....It's just the colors I had at the time.

Items you will need:
(1) AMC1280USB (with S2 jumped)
(1) Pololu SSC03A
M3 thread rods ( you will need to get enough to create the rod support)
(6) Micro Servo 9g
(12) Tie rod ends(I got a bag at the hobby store don't remember the manufacture but I think it was Traxxas)
(1) 5v Power Supply
various screws and glue
(sorry no images for that stuff)
Optional:
(6) R/C Servo extender cables
(My have not arrived yet)
(1) AMC1280USB Case (link)
and of course you will need x-sim
