I already use the screws not the pins. I don't think its the wire. I'm going to try another sensor to see if that's it. If I still have a problem I'm going to run a new shielded wire. If that's not it it can only be the AMC of the inverter.
I'll keep you posted.
Thanks,
Steven

Buona fortuna It must be frustrating after finishing everything with care have a problem like that, I hope you solve with the new sensor;) out of curiosity did you do the test with the meter: Powering the sensor with 5 volts measure the voltage between the gnd. if sensor is good the voltage must vary continuously while turning the pot. Good luck

I changed the sensor again and all is working good. I assume the second sensor I used must have went bad. I might have applied too much heat when I soldered the wires to it. Unless I just got a bad one. Either way it's working now. I'll keep you posted if something happens again. It should be good.

As you can see in the attached video, the platform is back up and running. The sensor appears to have been the culprit. I took special care when soldering. I used a solder gun that does not get as hot and was able to solder my connections. The second sensor I assume had to be affected by the heat causing it to fail internally. Three times a charm they say!! Hope all is good going forward. When you don't use your platform for about a week, you forget how awesome it really is.
Here I am racing a Lotus 49 around Spa in Belgium. I'm going to switch over to flight next week and make some videos flying X-Plane10. If you notice on the platform itself there are small Buttkickers in each corner of the platform. You will also see silver amplifiers over to the right of the platform. Each Buttkicker simulates each tire and vibrates accordingly. As each tire reacts to the road the Buttkicker vibrates bringing incredible realism to the motion. You feel everything from suspension movement, bumps, impacts, road texture and much more. Underneath my seat I have a larger Buttkicker handling the engine sound and vibrations along with the clutch and gear changes. All together this brings the simulator to a whole new level with sound, motion and the vibrations of the road. You really feel like you are driving a car.

The software I am using to run my Buttkickers is called SimVibe. It has two different modes in the software. One for Chasis mode and one for Chair, Pedals and Steering. Each mode needs its own sound card. In my computer setup I have three sound cards. One for my main system, for music and overall sounds of the program, one for the Chasis mode which controls the Buttkickers on the corners of the platform, and one for the Chair mode which handles the one under my chair. The Chasis mode handles the road bumps, suspension and road textures as they occur at each corner of the car while the Chair mode handles the engine vibrations, clutch sounds and gear grunts. The main speakers produce sound while the two individual modes work off of vibrations not actual low end sound frequencies. Iracing, rfactor, assetto corso and others work specifically with this software. The software itself is about $89 but when setup with all the Buttkickers you will never want to race again without it. I have tried and it is not the same once you try it. It makes the experience so immersive. You would really appreciate it. Google SimVibe and read about it. You will feel like you are in a car.
Thanks again for all your kind words. I'll get back to you about your rfactor question later on today, I'm out at the moment.

You should try it if you have not yet.

I really like BFF software by Ian. I use IRacing for all of my racing. If you are not a member of IRacing then once you are ready to try your new simulator you should join. The BFF software for IRacing is just amazing. That along with SimVibe will really make you appreciate the reason why you built your simulator. You will feel like you are driving a car. I mean that sincerely. It feels that good!!
