Hi, Just want to share a video of the 3DOF flight simulator that Victor V made and I just discovered about it I'll invite him to comment here a little bit more details about his project. Thanks Thanos

Hello everyone. Sorry for my english. Special thanks to Mr.Thanos for his device! We used his hardware AMC1280USB 6 DOF and softavare BFF Motion Driver V2.8. and FS2004. In the simulator FS2004, we have created our plane HAZ-30 (in Russian ХАЗ-30, I fly on video www.youtube.com/watch?v=UvpKH9Trg_0&index=24&list=UUqm0yAVLW0MUD2cydKn0y-A) platform weight ~ 400 kg + 2 people Power steering electric motor 1.1 kW, but this is not enough, we will put more powerful. Used VFD hitachi wj200-040HF. Now stage testing and development, there is a problem with electrical noise noise, when work VFD and electric motor we have a problem with MJOY - false operation buttons.

Hi Victor,
Why don't you register so you can get notifications on the thread?
I see what you mean. Do you use single USB cable with USB hub to connect the AMC1280USB and the Mjoy on it? Can you use two different USB cables? Also try to enclose the MJoy controller into a metallic case and isolate as much is possible its ground and the buttons wiring from the ground of the motors and the metal frame. If I remember correctly the Mjoy relays on using the internal Pull-up resistor for its inputs that is somewhat weak and can be activated by electrical noise.
Thanks Thanos

I use 2 separate usb cable connected to USB port the computer. Metallic case for MJoy controller - does not give a positive result. "isolate as much is possible its ground and the buttons wiring from the ground of the motors and the metal frame" - doing it now, when I disconnect the wires from the buttons, electrical noise disappear. I think the problem is only in these wires. At first I thought the electrical noise was at the Mjoy controller, but now I am sure that the problem is in the wiring.
"If I remember correctly the Mjoy relays on using the internal Pull-up resistor for its inputs that is somewhat weak and can be activated by electrical noise" - Yes.

the motor power cables are shielded? the earth is there? the shield must be grounded for two sides (manufacturer documentation) it's required to shield the cables.
the earth is there, the mass Pc of the case must be connected to the earth too.
a metallic Case for shield the inverters can be a solution too.
it must also be shielded cable potentiometer, of course.

Thank you guys for advice. I found some errors. updated firmware AMC1280USB, reconnect the wires - everything is fine. Now direction of rotation is correct,It remains to reinstall the engine.

Yes, firmware update to ... 1.0k. Now engine is revolve correctly. direction of rotation set in POS 1,3,5 NEG 2,4,6. there are some flaws with the moving part, fixing

last update is working properly. Now do the wiring and debugging Driver software (BFF) . Noise on the controller Mjoy16 removed via galvanic isolation on optical relay.

Hi Victor, I really like your simulator. Can you give us information of how to build the 3Dof frame, thanks! Daniel B
