Can you guys see the broken firmware ramp, which produces a kick on the kill switch disengagement? This is present at the beginning and in the middle of the clip above. Is the firmware ramp also "kicking" in your setup?
cheers.

I do not understand the problem you describe ... what's happening ? I did not see anything in the video ... the vibration response is good! I would like to be able to do this kind of tests on my simulator to test the response in motion

The ramp on the kill switch disengagement to go from park position to the start position should be graduated and smooth. What you can see is a full speed kick which slows down before lifting gradually the platform up.
It shouldn't be like this.
cheers
The test was made with a 6dof IK plugin. I am not using uso like you.

time out 0 on my setting, try to put 0 maybe ? Such a setting does not exist. minimum timeout you can set is 2.5. If I understand correctly, that's the delay after which the platform will park if there is no data coming into the controller. Concerning the ramp, 0-10 in ms., putting 0 disables the ramp and sends the motor full speed from offline to online mode. Even with setting at 0 I have small issues which produce kicks, in both transitions, offline to online and online to offline as well. I would love to get rid of it but without getting into the firmware it is hopeless to correct this with the available settings. Thanos please, could we debug it? Cheers

it exists, in min / max engine speed, after validation you have time

yes is that the solution to your problem? is it set to 0 ? Thanks for trying helping but not, unfortunately it's not a solution.
Reliable hardware recognition depending on kill-switch state (transitions online offline) and random ramp behavior (erratic kicks) remains two small diseases. I am asking for corrections since 3 years. The controller acts almost perfect. I would love to get rid off almost. ;-)
cheers
