Very good Leandro! Adjusting the PID settings on the Moog drives side, really did the trick!

Did you say 1.8G acceleration?? For all displacement motion? What about rotation, can you measure the max angular speed on yaw?
We need video of it with the cockpit mounted on it as well!!!
Thanks Thanos

Thanks Thanos Yes Thanos, 1,8g in Sway and surge. 1,5 in heave and about 0.8 in yaw Regards May I ask what kind of formula are you using to calculate G-forces?Regards

Looks very neat. How fast is displacement of the actuator in mm/sec? And from the look it is about 30-40cm displacement?

May I ask what kind of formula are you using to calculate G-forces?Regards Just want to share a really simple solution to calculate g-force, only if your 6dof is completed, you can just use G-Force measurement apps on android and iphone. It basically use the accelerometer inside your phone. Some apps can detect maximum force and some in real time. I am not sure if it is accurate because my 6dof project not started yet.

Looks very neat. How fast is displacement of the actuator in mm/sec? And from the look it is about 30-40cm displacement? The motors can run to 4200 RPM. This tests was setted about 3000. The speed is near 450mm/sec, with 80% Amc speed. I think the came easy near 600mm/sec, using max speed of the motors. But its not necessary. Today i placed a racing seat on the top of the platform. Using 3000 rpm, and only 30% amc speed, was insane fell a F1 drivem by AI. Regards. That is very fast actuator. And how far is the stroke (displacement) itself, the travel of the actuator? May i ask how much each cost you (can pm me)?
