I was forced to reload the firmware ... No movement in games, the keys of the AMC do not work, the motors are not controlled now. Sometimes the display of the AMC remains green without any info.

after another firmware update..., v2.3, I came back to the same initial fault, see the above video.
parameters: analog sensor 10 bits/output 8-bit.
My PID seems to be very good if I put 12bits output, but it doesn't seem to work!
so now, when I press the Start of Xsim, engine 2 does not work well, as on my last video

The older boards do not have the necessary chips for these resolutions, they are limited to 10-bit Analog input and 8-bit analog (or PWM) output. www.youtube.com/watch?v=btwAyu2U4XkYou should try to set the "Motion Data Only" mode to see if it fixes the issue with x-sim communication: See where that option is located on this video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZoXMmw2lR0Thanks Thanos

I think there is a problem with the card, or rather in the firmware. The problem occurred after updating V2.0 to V 2.3.
As I use USO, I'm in a different configuration than you with the 6DOF plugin. Have you been able to test in my conditions? which solution ?

It's no need ' having Xsim to have the problem. Today, the AMC gets stuck on the AMC boot V2.3 menu. impossible to change the menu. my config: 10 bits analog sensor 12 bits output I test with others, Nothing works. Just for my information Thanos . i don't know if Riton's already still using the string characters on the pic . is it the right string characters for the communication between xsim and amc with uso settings ?

Yes but change the 1ms break to 4ms to be safe. His USB driver might not be able to handle the low latency data packets. Thanks Thanos

What solution for me Thanos? You have tracks, what can I do to advance on this problem? You found anything in the firmware?

New different firmware was detected again by Trip Rodriguez and corrected immediately. It was another mispel in the endless code in the PID section affecting the stability of motor 6 and motor 3. Here is the corrected firmware. Moved older revisions of the firmware to beta backup folder. www.dropbox.com/s/xf2rpy7rcf3g0ay/enc_6dof_AMC1280USB_v2.3_2017_controller_support_FIX_rev3.8.hex?dl=0I know there are other requests for fixes out there and I'm doing my best to take care of them in a timely manner. Just keep in mind that some changes are not so simple as they affect other parts of the code that needs to be adjusted or modified as well for a fast and harmonic cooperation of all the processes running on the Firmware. Again, if any other unreported bug is discovered, send me a video of the issue as Trip Rodriguez did, so I can locate it easier. Thanks Thanos

Hi Thanos,
Just checking if firmware for analog limit switches has made it to the latest release? Thanks, Tino.

Did you manage to get something usable or it is just a todo reminder? Best regards - I.
