Hello there!
Thanos advised me to write directly to this forum with my question about the right parameters for the Hitachi WJ200-007SF. My Hitachis are all Version 3. My problem: I can set all parameters as mentioned in Thanos VFD-setup-List BUT at Parameter A005 i cannot set 4. I only have 0,2 and 3. Thanos thinks that i need to activate another parameter to be able to have access to the A005:4. Has anyone here the same VFD's in Version 3 and knows what to do here?
many greetings from germany John

A002 on 0, A044 on 3 and F002 on 0.1 and F003 on 0.1 if you have a breakresistor B95 on 2 and B090 on 7.5 that's what I have..
That's the basics I have running

In Thanos Inverter settings helplist hey says that this parameters are to set:
F002 to 0.01 F003 to 0.02 A001 to 01 A002 to 01 A005 to 04 and b083 to 12
Should i use these parameters too? Oh and do you also have Version 3.0E of this Inverter?
best regards John

Hi Simulator friends, my Hardware is now almost ready. I’ve a big question how to connect the safety switch to the AMC board und also how connect the limiter switches to WJ200-007-SF? Like at mhensens project on page 7, see here: motionsim.freeforums.net/thread/167/dutch-6-dof?page=7I wrote my questions to him and also to his thread. But I didn’t get any answer. Would be great you can answer my questions below. Or you put in a link with the right information. 1. How to connect the safety switch: There are drawings directly to the AMC board. But connected with open or closed contact? And do I need a extra resistor or not. I didn’t found one at the drawings I saw before. 2. Please could you give me (us) an overview connection scheme how and where connected the limit switches (shown at page 7) to the WJ200-007-SF VFD’s. I’ve no idea to which socket or power (24V?) the limit switches belongs to. Maybe you even have a full connection scheme over all electrical components AMC board and WJ200? I didn’t found one here inside this forum. Thanks a lot Johann

johnz, take a look at GA DAWG's thread, all his settings are there and are a good starting point.
I didn't attach limit switches yet so cant help with that.

Hi paulg,
thanks for your quick replay. I've had at least a look to almost all threads here. But I didn't find an answer to my questions. Sorry, sometimes is hard to understand everything for me. But from GA DAWG's thread I copied some good things for my hardware. Have you connected a safety switch to the AMC board? If yes, how?
Thanks Johann

I only have a main kill switch connected at the moment.
I don't have limit switches on each motor at present, its something I still need to do at some point.

@ paulg
You have a main kill switch connected at the moment. This one is connected to the AMC board right? My 1. question is: Connected with open contact when pressed or with closed contact when pressed?
Thanks
Johann

Hi Paulg, thanks for this information. First question is answered now. Your switches look good! I’ve only an ordinary safety switch but it’ll work. You can see it at the picture (left, below) @ All the others Have you the information how to connect the limiter switches from mhensens page 7 to the WJ200-007-SF? Thanks Johann

Hi everyone, please would you have a look to the connection between AMC1280USB board and the WJ200 shown at the picture and also inside the PDF-file. I collect all the information out of the different threads here and I hope everything is right and I can start to do the electrical part of my 6DOF (all swiches in NC position). Many thanks for your help and answers. Johann amc1280USB_2_WJ200.pdf (300.67 KB)
