Thanks Riton,
I'm going to first try and load the proper profile for Dirt3 and see what happens. If it works, I will take another video to show you and get your thoughts. My accel and decel times are at .5 mainly so if I go any less, my VFD's get an error message for accel and decel times. As for my Min Speed, the lowest setting on my AMC with the new firmware update is 1.
Thanks again,
Steven

Ok. 0.5 is a lot ... second half to reach the maximum speed. you Reduce the max speed of the motors in AMC?
the error puts the inverter off? or she's just posted? and ongoing operation?
should resolve this error problem to come up with a ramp up to 0.1 or 0.2. we must move in this direction if possible.
What is the frequency of your drives: frequency 0Hz min, max 50hz frequency? Can you give me your drives settings? I'll watch. the reference of your drive, I'll get the doc in French and comparing understand.
look at this video, it is the goal. if it's too strong for you, then you can reduce the maximum speed on the CMA. but do not do the opposite, reducing the reaction of the simulator.
on this video there is no charge, but I have the same results with the load, I have another video that shows charge. it's just that it's easier for me to do tests like this without charging. My frame was not finished.
and about PID settings?

My next issue is that computer will not recognize my AMC anymore. I have to flash the firmware every time I shut down and want to go back in. There has to be a problem. Not sure if a Windows update is effecting my Drivers..........arrrggghhhhhhh!!!!!!!!! Ooops! My KLM switch was activated............silly me.

When you are on it, you don't realize what it's doing as you just feel like you are in the car. You watch the video and it looks so aggressive!!

Just added SimVibe to my platform.........I still have more work to complete to have it fully functioning but it sounds amazing. Another dimension to the platform. It is so much more than just sound from your butt kicker. It's the proper placement of the vibrations that make the entire effect feel amazing. Hard to show in a video but I'm so glad I'm adding it.
I'm adding a butt kicker to each corner of the platform which simulates each tire basically. SimVibe transmit vibrations output by iracing, xplane etc. to the butt kickers adding precise vibrations to the platform to compliment the motion. It's amazing! You can add it to your pedals, gear shifter, steering wheel and seat also. A total of eight transducers. Road bumps, engine sounds and gear grinding never felt so good. Perfect compliment to any 6DOF.
Thanks,
Steve

Hi Vic,
Sorry for not getting back to you as I have been busy with my business. I do not use x-sim, I use BFF Software from Ian for all my sim gaming. I recently had a problem with one of my sensors. One of the motors/arms was not centering correctly and acting very strange. It finally went crazy on me and just kept rotating 360 degrees. My AMC went out and I realized my wires on the sensor were all twisted and touching each other causing the AMC to shut down. I removed the sensor which was frozen and would no longer turn. Once I untwisted the wires the AMC came back up and it seems to be working fine. I assume the sensors in time will wear out and fail. Thanos mentioned a sensor with bearings which I am going to order to avoid this issue again. I'm hoping I get longer use from them. I will update the post once I change the sensor to make sure all else is ok.
Let me know if you need any info in regard to Ian's software as I think it works great!!!!
Steven
