Hello everyone,
I am having some trouble with the directional buttons on the AMC1280USB. I am running Ian's BFF simulation software with the game GP Bikes. This is done in conjunction with a Pololu Micro Maestro. When the game is running, the BFF software is working and sending some signals to the AMC because I get the message that the motors are online and it is receiving data. However, there is an error light on the Maestro and the actuators are not driven.
The buttons for controlling the actuators on the AMC do not drive the actuators, however the AMC is receiving the inputs because it is shown on the screen. I don't think that the maestro is broken because I can run the actuators via the maestro control centre software.
The only potential thing that could have caused this is that the feedback wires between the maestro and the AMC were connected incorrectly. SIN on the AMC ran to TX on the Maestro and SOUT on the AMC was connected to RX on the maestro.
Could this be the cause of my problem?
Thanks for your help.
