you did well for the two upper joints (platform) distances.
please do the same for the lower joints (base) distances.
mesure again the MISSING TWO BASE DISTANCES (heim joint to heim joint) "inside pairs" and "between pairs" exactly like you did for the platform joints.

Missing the picture of the distance between 6-1 .... 2-3 ..... 4-5 but it is 260 mm As soon as I can I'll take a picture to show you how I got it guarda il post sopra. Ho fatto 2 post perche non mi fa allegare più di 3 file. Manca la foto della distanza inferiore tra 6-1....2-3.....4-5 ma è 260 mm Appena riesco ti faccio una foto per farti vedere come l' ho ricavato

Please double check it for the base measurements. Cheers

Are you sure the correct parameter is not pivotal to the other? Consider that with the setting 860 and 260 the simulator performs very precise movements. How should I also measure between joint and joint? With levers always parallel to the ground? The distance between the joint and the lower joint is always dependent on the angle in which the levers are located ... It seems a little strange but you are convinced I can try This is the measure as I have interpreted it

Put your levers in the horizontal pos. and mesure the base exactly like you did for the platform.

No need to measure: the levers are 160 mm center center 860 - 160 x 2 = 540 At this point the way I have detected 260 between 1-6 ... 2-3 ... 4-5 is correct or should I also measure in that case between joint and joint in a horizontal position?

With the dimentions you are giving, this is how your geometry looks like:
We are going to try to fit exactly the movements from this 3d model to your hardware.
I am assuming, you are using the 180deg. feedback sensors with a ratio 1:1.
1.)
Put your controller in a slow speed mode: 3 or 5 percent of your online AND offline speed. (if something should go wrong you will have time to react and stop the eventual unexpected motion)
2.) I would like to ask you to tune manually the orientation of your feedback sensors in a way so the crank levers form a 41 deg. angle (down from their horizontal position) while the amc signal is at 50 percent.
3.)
Ill send you the heXpod v.2.0 .exe and your .ini config. files per email.

Ho visto che hai sviluppato una versione per il vecchio id. Ho evitato di pubblicare i test che sto facendo per evitare confusione nella discussione, ma ora ci sto provando:

Dal momento che ti dico che il risultato sembra buono. il limite dell'oscillazione è stato mostrato dopo un '' ora di prova 'ed è ora meno evidente e non continuo come prima.

Anche in questo caso, dopo il reset di AMC, tutto torna a funzionare correttamente.
Questo hexpod 2.0 funziona con firmware seriale 3.0 e FF FF?
