Hi Riton, I get more and more confusing. When I try to change USO Data Format I get the following possibilities: Ser feedback OFF Ser feedback ON Chksum err ON Chksum PrintON Motion Data only <=== this oneWhen I save on by on the 8-bit value doesn’t change. I believe there is a big problem with version 2.4 from Thanos I don’t know what is really set at the moment inside the AMC board… When I’ve finished the rewiring I’ll post my feedback. I’m completely disappointed Johann can you make move all 6 arms up and down with the amc buttons??

Hi rinton,
thanks for your support. Now I've set it to "Motion Data only". But only motor 1 to 4 is moving again when I change the start pos via the hand wheel. How to use the AMC buttons? Is there a video or something else?

Hi rinton, How to use the AMC buttons? Is there a video or something else?
detach your platform. test your motors one by one like this:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=SBEzDLOg9mM&feature=youtu.be
Of course don't follow the cabling which is specific to Teknic motors with SSI sensors
You should be able to move your motor arms by turning your sensors or pushing the AMC buttons
try to swap the cables to isolate the problem
cheers

Hi everybody,
here is my feedback to all the tests I did in between.
Good news first. All motors are running now very well. Thanks for all tips I got from you. I did a lot of tests. Changed the motors to different VFD’s and all are running on VFD 1-4. What was the reason? It’s quite easy and I’m ashamed of myself. One of the 3 fuses has turned off. I don’t know why. The stupid thing is that all the WJ200 Displays where working. In this case you can't see that the power failed. Now I've installed 3 indicator lamps to check the power all the time.
I’m so happy that the motor moving problem is solved now.
At my development PC I tested FSX together with BFF software. All is working fine.
After this I changed the AMC board to my flight PC. I thought plug and play should work now. But now it seems there is a problem with the USB communication. When I connect the AMC board via BFF software the display shows "receive data" and all motors drive to the right position. But after a few sounds all motor moves to the "start pos" of the AMC board and stay there. It seems that the board doesn’t receive any longer data. It’s like bewitched …
Have some of you had also this problem or do someone know what is to do? Thanks for help
Johann

Hi friends,
I’m sure I know now what the reason is for the USB problem is.
The problem depends on the length of the USB cable.
The one from the fight PC is about 2 meters longer (total 5 meter) than this one from the test PC.
In between I have used a USB cable (10 meter) with a booster and now it works fine.
I flow on my prototyp 6 DOF for more than a half hour and there were no problems any longer.
Now I’m able to start the fine tuning of my 6 DOF.
Many thanks to all useres who supported me.

Hi Thanos, you ar right most of the kill switches have both conntacts. But my ones only have NC, see pictures. In this case I need the relais. But it isn't a problem. It's easy to do it for me. Another question to the WJ200 inverter: The default of the DIP switches is "OFF", see picture. I use break resistors (400Ohm/300W). What are the right positions for the DIP switches? All "OFF" or one of them (1,2 or 3) "ON"? Thanks for your help Johann Not sure about these dip switches, what does the manual says about them?Hi guys does any one have a circuit diagram of a transistor circuit to use for sending direction reverse/forward to VFD from arduino.I already got the pwm working with a mach3 10v analogue converter. Please help.
